Application entry analysis
Objective
SkillSoft needed to ensure that its applications for online live curriculum delivery were effectively integrated into its larger learning management system, with easy access for each of its target user personas.

My Role
Hands-on interaction design. Analyzed the various ways class participants, leaders, and schedulers would enter an on-line lesson, access supporting materials, and interact with the live instructor. As the lone UX professional on the team, I identified gaps in the flow and addressed them by delivering redesigned flow diagrams for each user of the system.
Outcome
All use cases and all target users were covered with a smooth entry into the product. Engineering used these flows to ensure that they delivered a robust implementation, covering all use cases. Training used them to structure their lessons.
